		CNC Turning At Bradley we take our quality assurance seriously. Our Dainichi and Fortune CNC Turning Centers hold strict tolerances to .001 of an inch.




		CNC Machining We use Virtual Gibbs as our primary CAM Software, and JobBoss for our job shop management.




		Welding, Assembly & Fabricating We offer both Mig and Heliarc welding in aluminum and steel




		Bar Micrometer Bar Micrometers are manufactured in house using Blanchard ground bar stock and a precision micrometer head with carbide faces and ratcheting spindle. Just place the 3/16 dia gauge pin in the appropriate 1”-72” incremental holes. Each hole has a nickel-plated eccentric cam that is individually calibrated to insure accuracy. Bar mic is supplied in custom wooden case.
